Amazing products and even better service if you’re looking for a safe look no further!!! I bought my original safe back in 2016 after meeting Aaron at a local gun show, I was so impressed with the quality of the products and knowledge he had it made me feel so confident in my decision. I purchased a second  safe in 2021  and look forward to doing business with him in the future! I’m delayed in writing a review for the purchase prior to Christmas of 2023. However, I definitely recommend looking at the quality products offered by Parker’s. They answered all of my questions and were very friendly and presented facts about the products they offer. There is really no comparison between big box store products and the products that are endorsed and offered by Parker’s. They only carry products they are willing to stand behind and have seen built, tested, and experienced.

Really give some thought to the dollar value of what you are trying to protect and make the investment to do just that because the safe cost, to me, is a relatively small investment in actual security versus a lock box. The products are quality, well built, and complete. I didn’t have to purchase additional items to feel like I got a complete product. Although, I did find a Bluetooth hygrometer/temperature monitor that I am able to check on my phone without having to constantly open to check readings.

The delivery and setup was discrete and efficient. The family, as a whole, is very knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. I have absolutely no regrets in my purchase. One of the few items that I consider an investment and wish I had made sooner. Thanks Parker Family!

I bought a Superior Master 25 safe from Parker Safes and Vaults a few years ago. I live in Georgia and with Parker Safes located in Tennessee, I wanted to call first to obtain a price, and to ask questions. Mr Parker was very knowledgeable about the products and offered a fair price. I drove to a Parker Safes and picked up my safe.
Mr Parker was very friendly, helpful, and professional. I could have bought a similar safe 10 miles from my house. But I drove to Parker Safes and Vaults instead.
I would definitely recommend this business to anyone looking for a quality safe, with great customer service.

Update to original review; after buying a safe from Parker’s Safes and Vaults 10 years ago, and still being completely satisfied with my experience, my sister in Ohio was looking for a gun safe. I recommended Parker’s Safes to her and agreed to pick up the safe from his shop, and deliver it to her in Ohio. Another great experience.

Such amazing communication throughout the process, professional advice, and top notch customer service! Had my mind set on a custom safe, Aaron was able to help me decide which features were best for me and came through with an unbeatable price! Manufacturer delays were out of anyone's control, but he stuck to his original quote despite the delay even though the prices went up. Contacted me as soon as my safe was available and coordinated delivery to my door. Safe arrived just a couple days later even though I live a few states away. Couldn't be more
satisfied with doing business with his company!

These guys are the best! They answered all my questions, made good recommendations, explained what to expect with delivery and set-up, and quickly replaced a faulty light. Best in the business! Very detailed and knows what he’s talking about. Do yourself a favor and give them a chance! I bought my safe from Aaron 10+ years ago and didn’t think I needed a new one until…. Aaron Is a great person to do business with. He respond promptly to your questions and follow through with the purchase order. Price is very competitive after  contacting a handful of business.  I definitely will do business with him again
